Recently, the award ceremony of the National University Middle School Student 11th Marine Culture Design Contest which sponsored by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ocean University of China and other units, was held in Qingdao. Projectwon the gold medalfor his work "Living Water Fishing Village", andhis instructorMr. Zheng Zhiyuan won the Outstanding Instructor Award. This is the best result in the history of ourProjectsince participating in this competition.
The work "Living Water Fishing Village" starts from the perspective of "harmonious co-existence" between human and nature. The project takes the Sanduao Sea Vineyards Community in Ningde City, Fujian Province asProject.It integrates the existing rowing space, so that each individual fishing raft can adapt to the surrounding environment.With the help of the design, it is possible to provide a variety of experiences in this area, so that local fishermen can fully interact with tourists. The original single sea fishing community has been transformed into an interactive and sustainable "living water fishing village". The work focuses on the historical changes of Sanduao Sea Vineyards Community, hasProjectproblem awareness and academic orientation, and has been unanimously recognized by the competition expert jury.
The National University Middle School Student 11th Marine Culture Design Contest was organized by Professor He Jie from the Academy of Arts &ProjectTsinghua University, Professor Fan Shengxi from Tongji University College of Design and Innovation, Professor Guo Chunfang from the College of Humanities Jilin University,Art and Design,Professor Pan Changxuefrom Wuhan University of Technology and other experts and scholars served as the final judges. Professor Guo Xianlu, chairman of the final review of the competition and chairman of the Shaanxi Artists Association, announced the winners of the works.
The theme of this competition is "Digital Ocean". A total of 1,133 schools participated in the competition, covering all provincial regions across the country, with 27,711 entries. The National University Middle School StudentMarine Culture DesignContest has been included in the 2021 edition of the art competition index list released by the Expert Working Group of the "Research on Competition Evaluation and Management System in Colleges and Universities" of the China Association of Higher Education. In the art competition list of college students, our school comprehensively ranks in the top 2% of the country, and is the only university in Anhui Province that has won the A+ grade.
