Research on Value Assessment and Adaptive Protection of Historical Buildings in “Atypical Historical Cities”.

The atypical historical city refers to the historical and cultural city which is not included in the list of “Historical and Cultural Cities”.These cities have a large area and a long history,but are often ignored in the research.Due to the lack of systematic protection,the historical buildings in atypical historical cities are constantly squeezed,occupied and swallowed up with the continuous advancement of urbanization.Based on the general survey of historical buildings in the central urban area,the paper took Hefei as the research object to build a comprehensive assessment system of the value of historical buildings in Hefei,put forward the mode of adaptive protection of historical buildings with the characteristics of “Atypical Historical Cities” in Hefei,and propose the way of adaptive protection from five aspects of top-level policy,urban environment,cultural axis,historical space and building monomer.So as to provide reference for the protection of historical buildings and historical space in other atypical historical cities.
