On the morning of June 15, the degree awarding ceremony for the 2023 graduates of the College of Architecture and Art was held in the lecture hall on the second floor of the Fei-Cui Science and Education Building on the Fei-Cui Campus. Liu Xiaoping, member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and vice president of the HFUT , members of the academic degree evaluation subcommittee, Faculty Representatives, parents of students, and all 2023 graduates attended the ceremony.
The ceremony began with the solemn national anthem. Sun Jianhai, Secretary of the Party Committee of the College , read out the "List of Outstanding Graduates of the School of Architecture and Art in Anhui Province and Outstanding Graduates of Hefei University of Technology in 2023" and the " List of graduates."
Liu Xiaoping issued the certificates to the students who won the honorary title of "Outstanding Graduates of Anhui Province" and turned the graduation tassel one by one. Afterwards, they took a group photo.
On behalf of the university, Liu Xiaoping expressed warm congratulations and heartfelt blessings to the students who have successfully completed their studies and successfully obtained degrees. He hoped that the students would be grateful to the society, temper their moral character, never forget their original aspirations, keep their mission in mind, and contribute their youthful strength to China's take-off on the stage of life.
Dean Xuan Wei affirmed the achievements of the students during the school, and encouraged the students to be determined and bear in mind the mission. Mr. Yin Xiaochen, the faculty representative and director of the Department of Industrial Design, and the student representatives, Liu Zhuoran and Mr. Zhao Liwei, delivered speeches at the ceremony, expressing the teachers' wishes and expectations to the students and the graduates' gratitude to their Alma mater.
