In the 1950s, the Klindukhov Sculpture Training Course promoted the spread of the teaching ideas, creative methods and educational mechanism of Soviet sculpture in China, which exerted an important influence. However, with the evolution of history, influences of the Course became a fading memory in China, and there was rare research on this group in the academic circle. Therefore, by summarizing relevant materials, this thesis reviews the Course from the perspectives of curriculum, teaching content and influence, restores its original appearance, affirming its historical contributions to the development of modern Chinese sculpture.
