The Xinhe New Residential Farmhouse Headquarters Design Competition Review Conference was grandly opened on June 19 at 15:00 at the College of Architecture and Art, Fei-Cui Lake Campus, Hefei University of Technology.
Mr. Jia Xianbing, member of the party committee and deputy general manager of Hefei Binhu Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd. first delivered a speech, fully affirming the significance of the competition and the great preparation for the event and wishing the competition a complete success. Professor Xuan Wei, Dean of the College of Architecture and Art, delivered a speech to welcome all guests and judges to come to our school for evaluation, communication and guidance. Mr. Liu Yuan, secretary of the competition organizing committee, reported the organization and evaluation rules of the competition. The competition review exchange meeting was presided over by Wang Wei, deputy dean of the School of Architecture and Art. Wang Decai, deputy dean of the College，and Faculty Representatives from the Department of Architecture also participated in the event.

After several rounds of on-site voting by reviewers, the final work "Shu Chi villa" was unanimously affirmed by experts and won the Gold Award. Works such as"The Fairy Corridor and Qingwu"and "New Village on the Cloud" won the Silver Award, 20 works including "Reunion" won the Bronze Award, and 30 works including "Green Bamboo Residence" won the Creative Award.
